It was incredible to go through the exercises and see people get such big insights & clarity around the way they are operating, because of the beliefs they hold - knowingly or not. You get awareness around the way you are being (operating through certain beliefs), and the awareness around the fact that you can deliberately create beliefs you want to believe for the purpose of experiencing.
