You have all experienced it. You are sitting in the movie theater or on your couch and a scene comes up which triggers something inside of you that evokes a feeling. Maybe you come out of that movie feeling more inspired to better yourself and make more of each moment. Or, perhaps you come out of the movie feeling more depressed than when you walked in. The point is, something happened. The movie reached a deep place inside of you, a place that you may not have even known existed.
In the Spiritual/Conscious Movie Group we will be viewing movies on the first Friday of the month (unless otherwise posted) that bring us closer to our hearts and inspire us to live in a more conscious way.
