This group will meet at least once per month to watch a 'movie with consciousness' and then share in meaningful conversation. It will be facilitated, engaging, interesting and stimulating, to your mind and heart!
Based on the best selling autobiography by Irish expat Frank McCourt, Angela's Ashes follows the experiences of young Frankie and his family as they try against all odds to escape the poverty endemic in the slums of pre-war Limerick. The film opens with the family in Brooklyn, but his family is forced to move back to Ireland because of financial difficulties and family problems derived from his father's alcoholism.
All are welcome.
