Please join us at The Center of Light to view the film "The Promises." This documentary is an unbiased look at the Israeli/Palestinian war through the eyes of children from the effected region. This 2002 film won 2 Emmy Awards and many other honors for its bold yet bittersweet presentation of these young lives and how they see the war. It is moving and quite an education for anyone age 12 and up interested in learning about this piece of history.

The Center of Light is on Milwaukee's East side, near the Lake, two blocks north of the intersection of Brady Street and Prospect Avenue.
