These classes will be on going. The week of May 12th is the start. Vinyasa yoga links breath and movement. It can be a fairly physical practice. Over time you develop focus, balance, strength and grace. I found personally that Vinyasa yoga helped me to "flow" better in the sea of life. I am more able to cope to the changes of my inner self, and my relationship to my environment. It is my intention to share these experiences and practices with others, to help us gain a self awareness that perpetuates positive change in our world. We will practice basic poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation. I have mats if you donot have your own, but if you do have one please bring it! Wear comfortable clothing. Yoga is done barefooted, so no ned for shoes. Class will be 1 hour and 15 minutes long.
