We are a meditation group that meets 8 time a year to do hemi-sync meditations produced by The Monroe Institute.  We meet on a Sunday afternoon 8 times per year for 3 hours of meditation/discussion.  We also meet for 8 lunches a year on Wednesdays.  This is for anyone interested in hemi-sync or the Monroe Institute, or Meditation in general.  This is a commitment free casual group that is associated with the Monroe Institute Local Chapter Network.

Whether you are certified or not, you are a coach. People come to you for advice, encouragement, wisdom, support, and/or accountability. Coaching is proliferating as a profession.
